Kotryna Hilko

Kotryna Hilko (She/Her/Hers) is a Mexican-Lithuanian-American costume and set designer  based in Chicago. With a background in acting, her interest lies in the power of storytelling. Her hope is to uplift the stories and experiences of those whose voices are not traditionally celebrated.

As a Chicago native, Kotryna has gotten the opportunity to work with many amazing theaters including Paramount Theatre, Remy Bumppo Theatre Company, A Red Orchid Theatre, Timeline Theatre, Congo Square Theatre, Refracted Theatre Company, and Facility Theatre.  She recently received her MFA from Northwestern University’s Stage Design program and is proud to be an Artistic Associate with Remy Bumppo Theatre Company.
