Kotryna Hilko

Kotryna Hilko (She/Her/Hers) is an award wining,  Mexican-Lithuanian-American costume and set designer  based in Chicago. With a background in acting, her interest lies in the power of storytelling. Her hope is to uplift the stories and experiences of those whose voices are not traditionally celebrated.

As a Chicago native, Kotryna has gotten the opportunity to work with many amazing theaters including Paramount Theatre, Court Theatre, Remy Bumppo Theatre Company, Shattered Globe Theatre, A Red Orchid Theatre, Timeline Theatre, Congo Square Theatre, Refracted Theatre Company, and Albany Park Theatre Project. She  holds a MFA from Northwestern University’s Stage Design program and is proud to be an ensemble member at Shattered Globe Theater and an Artistic Associate with Remy Bumppo Theatre Company.
